Many products on thomasraymondgoetz.com are produced on demand by partners (including Printful and Gelato).
That means:
- Items ship from the partner’s closest facility.
- Return addresses vary. Don’t send anything back without an RMA—we’ll give you the correct address by email.

Returns Overview
- Window: 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging.
- Approval required: Email us first for an RMA. Items sent without approval may be refused.
Made-to-order items (most apparel/prints):
- Not returnable for buyer’s remorse, fit, or color variance (please use size charts).
- We’ll fix defects, misprints, damage, or wrong item—see below.
Defects, Damage, or Wrong Item
- Email support@thomasraymondgoetz.com within 7 days of delivery (14 days for EU) with:
Order number
Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label - If approved, we’ll reprint/replace (preferred for POD) or refund the affected item.
Lost in Transit
- If tracking shows no movement beyond the carrier’s normal window, contact us.
- We’ll investigate with the fulfiller; if confirmed lost, we’ll reship or refund.
Exchanges (Size/Color)
- For made-to-order products, exchanges aren’t automatic.
- If you need a different size, we can often offer a discounted re-order. Ask us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/commissioned work and personalized items
- Original artworks (one-of-one), unless damaged on arrival
- Final-sale items and gift cards
- Perishables, personal care, hazardous/flammable goods
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
- EU customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery.
- Exception: This right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalized (most made-to-order apparel/prints).
- For eligible items, they must be unused, with tags/packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Refunds
- We’ll notify you once your return is received/inspected.
- If approved, refunds go to your original payment method within ~10 business days (your bank may take longer to post).
- Shipping fees, duties, and VAT are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
Where to Send Returns
- Do not return to the sender address on the package.
- We’ll provide the correct return address (Printful/Gelato facility or our studio) with your RMA.

6. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.

How your order ships
- Made to order: Most items are produced after you purchase. This helps reduce waste and lets us offer more sizes/colors.
- Multiple packages: If your order contains items from different facilities (or different partners), it may ship separately with separate tracking.

- Standard items (apparel, posters, prints): 2–5 business days to make.
- Specialty items (framed prints, canvases, mugs, etc.): 3–7 business days.

Customs, duties & taxes

Address issues & delivery problems
- Wrong/insufficient address: If a package returns due to an incorrect address, we can reship to a corrected address; additional shipping may apply.
- Unclaimed/undeliverable: If the carrier marks it undeliverable, we’ll contact you with next steps.
- Marked “delivered” but not received:
Check with household members/neighbors and look around the delivery area.
Wait 48 hours—carriers sometimes pre-scan.
If still missing, email support@thomasraymondgoetz.com with your order number. - Lost/damaged in transit: Email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date (14 days EU) with photos and your order number. We’ll investigate with the fulfiller and replace or refund as appropriate.
Split shipments & packaging
- Items may ship from different facilities/countries (Printful/Gelato route to the nearest site with stock/capacity).
- Packaging varies by product and facility to protect the item during transit.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and remote regions
- Some carriers used by Printful/Gelato don’t deliver to PO Boxes/APO/FPO or certain remote regions. If there’s an issue, we’ll reach out for an alternate address.
Order edits & cancellations
- Because items are made to order, we can usually edit/cancel only within a short window after purchase. If you need a change, email support@thomasraymondgoetz.com ASAP—if production has started, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Pre-orders & backorders
- If we list a pre-order/backorder, the estimated ship date will appear on the product page and/or in your confirmation email. The rest of your order may ship separately.
Holiday & peak-season notes
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday and December are peak periods. Production and carrier transit may both take longer. Please order early.
Return shipping (where applicable)
- Return addresses depend on the facility that produced your item. Do not send returns to the sender address on the label.
